I’m trying to lose some weight.  It sucks so bad.  I’m at least 50 pounds overweight, and I have to admit that it’s starting to feel pretty bad.  It hurts to walk more than 100 feet, it’s getting tougher to breather, and I just don’t feel very good anymore.

I know I need to get on a diet, but diets suck!  I am so sick of diets.  I have been off and on a diet all my life.  Why can’t there just be a diet forum where you can buy a magic pill that took all the fat away?

I’m bummed now.  Any words of encouragement would be nice.
